So tonight I free-styled on this basil scented dough and spicy pizza sauce thing and when I got it out of the oven I discovered it’s the single most delicious pizza sauce I’ve ever made but then I realized I drank quite a bit of wine on an empty stomach while I was making the sauce and waiting for the dough to rise and now I’m kind of drunk and more to the point I’ll never be able to make it again because I have absolutely no idea what I put in this thing.
