The cool thing about making tacos for dinner with homemade refried black beans and shredded oregano-scented poached chicken breasts and vine-ripened tomato and avocado salsa fresca and serrano tomatillo sauce is that it totally doesn’t take three hours and totally doesn’t require dirtying every last goddamned dish in the kitchen.
