It’s Friday afternoon! Which means you’re sitting at your desk, you’re counting down the minutes until the weekend (and the Awl Bawl, duh), you’re furiously refreshing Twitter in a desperate search for some kind of distraction to pass the last few hours of the work week, and the thought never even crossed your mind (understandably!) to check C-SPAN 2 (aka “the deuce”), where you would have found the most exciting thing happening on the internet right now (no, not a Washington Journal blooper reel): a filibuster! And not some bullshit procedural maneuver either, a real filibuster! With talking! And facts! And a really pissed off senator calling rich people crybabies!
